Itinerary:
| 1:00 pm: | Google Cloud welcome meeting with tea/coffee on arrival. |
| 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: | Welcome lunch in the Covent Garden Suite and introduction to Beyond Food Foundation and run through the format of the day health and safety brief and then split into the pre-allocated job roles and teams. |
| 3:30 pm: | Get stuck in – cooking/cocktail making/hostessing. |
| 5:00 pm: | Staff Food is served. |
| 6:00 pm: | Get stuck in – cooking/cocktail making/hostessing. |
| 6:30 pm: | Your 80 guests arrive for the cocktail drinks reception. |
| 7:00 pm: | Seated dinner, service by Googlers! |
| 9:00 pm: | Celebratory drinks and entertainment. |
