Once we have identified suitable venues, and completed negotiations, on your behalf we will send you a proposal. On your approval of a suitable venue, we will confirm the booking with the venue, locking in the discounted rates for you. At this point we then step back to allow you to make appropriate arrangements with the venue directly, or if you would rather, we can remain actively involved, helping with negotiating contract terms and handling any changes that need to be made with the venue up until the event takes place.

Once the  event has taken place, we will arrange a post-event evaluation and help resolve any queries with the venue invoice.

Budget holders who are constantly looking at the bottom line know that with Crème Conferences on board whether the economy is booming and marketing budgets go up or when money stops flowing and budgets get cut, our service to clients always delivers value. Our levels of savings are shown against your event spend when we send you quarterly management information reports.

Our IATA accreditation enables our company to collect commission for payment of our work, rather than bill out to our clients, therefore offering a free venue finding service. We have built up an excellent professional relationship with venues, which means we can negotiate their rates to the benefit of our clients.

Conference and Management Information Reports

Our bespoke reservation system enables us to produce management information reports to aid procurement teams manage their company’s conference + accommodation spend.  The levels of savings made are shown against client reported event spend when we send the management information reports.  The reports can be tailor-made to each client’s specific needs and can be produced in various formats.

As well as having their own dedicated Account manager, each client is appointed a dedicated team of experiences co-ordinators who will be responsible in mandating and implementing  procurement policies.

Service Level Agreement can be adapted specific to each organisation and their needs.

So, how can we offer these services free of charge?

We receive a small commission from the hotels direct. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not command huge commissions from the hotels, instead we would rather receive a smaller commission in return for the hotels offering the lowest rates around.
