Once we have identified suitable venues, and completed negotiations, on your behalf we will send you a proposal. On your approval of a suitable venue, we will confirm the booking with the venue, locking in the discounted rates for you. At this point we then step back to allow you to make appropriate arrangements with the venue directly, or if you would rather, we can remain actively involved, helping with negotiating contract terms and handling any changes that need to be made with the venue up until the event takes place.
Once the event has taken place, we will arrange a post-event evaluation and help resolve any queries with the venue invoice.

Our bespoke reservation system enables us to produce management information reports to aid procurement teams manage their company’s conference + accommodation spend. The levels of savings made are shown against client reported event spend when we send the management information reports. The reports can be tailor-made to each client’s specific needs and can be produced in various formats.
As well as having their own dedicated Account manager, each client is appointed a dedicated team of experiences co-ordinators who will be responsible in mandating and implementing procurement policies.
